311 have been fusing rock, hip-hop and reggae for nearly 30 years. To celebrate, the band has announced an ambitious plan to tour through all 50 states in the U.S. this year.
Their mission to hit 50 Dates In 50 States is to celebrate their union with as many fans as they can, a statement said. Their spring tour will kick off Feb. 20 at the Mardis Gras party in New Orleans.
The Omaha band's spring tour will include their three-night stop in Las Vegas during their 311 fan celebration day as well as a 36-date summer tour with Incubus and Badflower that launches on Aug. 15. Stops will include Phoenix, Austin, Texas, Cincinnati, and Nashville before their last stop in Noblesville, Ind.
311, which is still comprised of singer/guitarist Nick Hexum, singer SA Martinez, guitarist Tim Mahoney, bassist P-Nut and drummer Chad Sextonâ , have made the Billboard 200 chart with 10 of their albums. Their latest album, 2019's VOYAGER, was mixed by GRAMMY-winning mixer, producer and engineer Neal Avron.
