Born Shawn Mendes on Aug. 8, 1998 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In 2014, when he was just 15, Shawn Mendes broke records with his first release, "Life Of The Party," which made him the youngest artist with a debut single in the Top 25. "Stitches," from his 2015 debut LP Handwritten, catapulted the young artist to popstar status.
