Today GRAMMY-winning R&B artist and dancer extraordinaire Ciara announced details for her seventh studio album, her first since 2015's Jackie. The new album, Beauty Marks, is due out May 10.
She first teased new music earlier this week; for the single "Thinkin Bout You," which drops tonight. Her most recent single is the slow jam "Greatest Love," which she released earlier this year, Feb. 12, via her label, Beauty Marks Entertainment.
While it's been a minute since the last Ciara album, she hasn't left us completely without any booty-bouncing bops. The vocal powerhouse dropped a handful of tracks last year, including the catchy female empowerment anthem "Level Up," released in July. Ciara took her own advice to heart, recruiting Missy Elliott and Fatman Scoop for the even hotter "Level Up (Remix)."

The three GRAMMY winners first collaborated in 2005 one of Missy's classics, "Loose Control," which won Best Short Form Music Video at the 48th GRAMMY Awards. Ciara was also nominated for Best New Artist that year, as well as for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for "One, Two Step," another Missy collab, from Ciara's 2004 debut album Goodies.
