English rock band Def Leppard is hitting the road this fall with GRAMMY-nominated rock trio ZZ Top for their North American "20/20 Vision" tour.

Kicking off on Sept. 21 at the Times Union Center in Albany, N.Y., the tour will make stops in Virginia Beach, Knoxville, Tulsa, Salt Lake City, Portland and others, wrapping up with an Oct. 18 performance at the Spokane Arena in Spokane, Wash.

Lead ZZ Top singer and guitarist Billy Gibbons expressed his excitement for the upcoming shows in a statement, saying "We've been at this for 50 years now and the forthcoming run with [Def Leppard] underscores that the good times are really just beginning. Joe Elliott (Def Leppard) is always welcome to ride ‘shotgun’ with us and we won't even ask him to pay for the gas."

Elliott, Def Leppard’s frontman, also noted how much he is looking forward to the joint tour in a statement, saying “What a year this is going to be! First, sold-out stadiums, then we get to go on tour with the mighty ZZ Top…Having been an admirer of the band for a lifetime it's gonna be a real pleasure to finally do some shows together..."

Announced last December, Def Leppard will also head out on tour alongside Mötley Crüe, Poison and Joan Jett & The Black Hearts for 22 dates of major stadium shows throughout the U.S., running from July through September.
