British brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence, also known as the GRAMMY-nominated electronic music powerhouse Disclosure, have had a big week. After some time off, the duo are back and have released a new single each day this week, ending strong with "Where You Come From," which features catchy, unique vocals and a driving, funky beat.
The latest single, "Where You Come From," features samples from German record label Habibi Funk, including vocals from Sudanese artist Kamal Keila. The unique label focuses on showcasing Arabic jazz and funk, primarily from the '70s and '80s, and learned about the artist on a recent music hunting trip in Sudan, where they were able to dig up old tapes of his rare recordings.

The duo teases that this is the last new song "for now" – it's not clear whether these five new songs are part of the anticipated third album, which they said was is in the works earlier this year, as little is known about the album at this point.
The brothers started the week of new music with "Moonlight," followed by "Love Can Be So Hard," "Where Angels Fear to Tread" and "Funky Sensation." All songs feature interesting, unique vocals and, in true Disclosure fashion, a funky dance beat.
The first four tracks are all fresh updates of older songs: "Moonlight" is a rework of an obscure a capella cover by the Real Group; "Love Can Be So Hard" is an '80s-danceclub-inspired rework of 1986's "Say I'm Your Number One" by UK dance-popstar Princess; "Where Angels Fear to Tread" is a remix/rework of another acapella cover, this time the Four Freshmen’s version of “Fools Rush In (Where Angels Fear to Tread)”; and finally "Funky Sensation" is a disco-inspired remix of Gwen McCrae's oft-sampled 1981 track of the same name.
Disclosure has had a whirlwind five years since they released their hugely popular debut album Settle in 2013, when they were just 19 and 22 years old. The album, which was nominated at the 56th GRAMMY Awards for Best Dance/Electronica Album, put them together with GRAMMY-winning singer Sam Smith for the album's first single, "Latch," which featured Smith's now-famous soulful vocals.
