DJ Khaled's name is synonymous with his famous catchphrases: "Another one!" "We the best!" "Major key alert!" "Bless up!"

When interacting with the GRAMMY-winning producer/artist, it is crystal clear these are not gimmicks; they are mantras for how he lives his life and approaches all he does, always with gusto and positivity. His energy and excitement for his music, for his collaborators, for his wife and sons are palpable and infectious.

It's no wonder everything he touches turns to radio gold. His determination and vigor pushed him to evolve from a teenage bedroom turntablist to popular Miami radio DJ to GRAMMY-winning superstar.

In the latest episode of Up Close & Personal, DJ Khaled discusses his vision for his chart-topping 12th studio album, KHALED KHALED, and its fire collabs, which include Lil Baby, Megan Thee StallionRoddy Ricch, and more. In the above clip, Khaled also explains the significant impact of pairing former rap rivals JAY-Z and Nas together in the studio for album track "SORRY NOT SORRY."

Best known for his major rap collaborations, Khaled is also a die-hard fan of reggae, dancehall, and all things Jamaica. So much so, he closed out KHALED KHALED with the reggae banger "WHERE YOU COME FROM," featuring Buju Banton, Capleton and Bounty Killer.

"Dancehall is part of my story, Jamaica is part of my story," Khaled says in the video.
