Iconic R&B-Soul group Earth, Wind and Fire  and legendary Latin-rock guitarist Carlos Santana have announced that they will come together for a joint North American run in their Miraculous Supernatural 2020 Tour.

The 32-date tour will kick off on June 19 in Chula Vista, Calif., with a show at the North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre and will run through August, wrapping with an Aug. 29 performance at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa, Fla.

The shows will feature hits and fan favorites from “yesterday, today and tomorrow,” according to a statement.

In the statement, Santana touched on his excitement to collaborate with the group for performances across the country, saying, “It is a great joy and honor to co-share music with the magnificent elements of Earth, Wind and Fire… We look forward to delight, joy and ecstasy!”

As far as playing with his own band, it’s the nostalgia that Santana is most keen on. “I feel like a 20-year-old on stage playing with my band, and they deliver incredible energy on every song,” he said. “When we hit the stage, we know we will touch your heart and make you dance, sing, cry, laugh and leave your worries and fears behind.”

Throughout the span of their discography, Earth, Wind and Fire has amassed a total of six GRAMMY wins and 17 nominations. The group was inducted into the GRAMMY Hall of Fame in 2008 and was awarded with the GRAMMY Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016.

As the only artist in history to win both a GRAMMY and Latin GRAMMY for Record Of The Year, Santana has earned 10 GRAMMY wins, 14 nominations and has had two works inducted into the GRAMMY Hall of Fame. Santana was honored as the Latin Recording Academy’s Person of the Year in 2004.
