GRAMMY winner Enrique Iglesias and soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, two of the biggest international stars from the world of music and sports respectively, have joined forces to raise money to help children with cancer in Portugal.

Iglesias and Ronaldo announced that 7 percent of concert revenue from Iglesias' show in Lisbon, Portugal, on May 30 will be donated to the Portuguese Institute of Oncology of Lisbon (Instituto Portugues de Oncologia de Lisboa). Ronaldo chose the hospital to receive the funds, writing in a post on social media that he's "very pleased to announce the gesture of my friend @enriqueiglesias donating 7% of the concert revenues in Lisbon to the IPO."
Iglesias dropped his latest single earlier this month with "Move To Miami," featuring Pitbull. It's been over two decades since Iglesias earned his first GRAMMY at the 39th GRAMMY Awards for Best Latin Pop Performance for Enrique Iglesias. Son of singing legend Julia Iglesias, he has also won five career Latin GRAMMYs, including one for Song Of The Year for "Baliando" for 2014.
This is far from the first time Iglesias has supported a charitable cause in his career. The "Hero" singer has contributed to various disaster relief efforts and organizations such as City of Hope, Help for Heroes, Music for Relief, Habitat for Humanity, Live Earth, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Rolando, who plays for the internationally known soccer team Real Madrid, has a long list of charitable causes he's supported throughout his career, including construction of a pediatric hospital in Chile, fundraising for the The Make-A-Wish Foundation, and donating to Save The Children to provide food, clothing, and medical care for children in Syria. In 2015, Ronaldo was named the world's most charitable person by dosomething.org.
