According to a statement, the event is set to feature most artists on the Fearless roster for acoustic performances, interactive Q&As, intimate at-home segments with artists and even a special new signing announcement. Details regarding a full lineup for the event’s performers has yet to be revealed, but the label's pool of talent includes GRAMMY-nominated bands the Plain White T’s and August Burns Red, in addition to Pierce the Veil, Locket, My Kid Brother, Kill the Lights, Grayscale and others.

The event takes an online festival format in order to help raise funds for the bands and their crews amidst the coronavirus pandemic. Additionally, Fearless is said to be releasing branded merch for the event, and all proceeds from those purchases will benefit Live Nation’s Crew Nation.
