Named after Lynyrd Skynyrd's 1977 album, Street Survivors, the Last Of The Street Survivors Farewell Tour has logged more than 100 shows across the U.S. and around the world since it originally launched in May 2018. The tour will also include international dates to be announced soon. The band's lineup for the farewell trek includes original member Gary Rossington on guitar and Johnny Van Zant, the brother of founding member Ronnie Van Zant who tragically died in 1977 in an airplane crash that also killed bandmates Steve Gaines and Cassie Gaines. The group reformed in 1987, with Johnny Van Zant as the new lead vocalist.
