The old Taylor Swift may be dead but that certainly hasn't changed much as far as her chart success. 

The GRAMMY winner's "Look What You Made Me Do" has leaped from No. 77 to the No. 1 position on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, according to Billboard. The song — to be featured on her new album, Reputation — earned the highest weekly streaming tally (84.4. million) and weekly sales total (343,000) while setting a new record for the most weekly streams for a song by a woman. 

"Look ...," which is Swift's fifth No. 1 hit, has also derailed Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee's "Despacito" from making chart history No. 1. The track, also featuring Justin Bieber, had tied the record for most weeks (16) at No. 1, sharing that mark with Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men's "One Sweet Day."

Meanwhile, Billboard has also reported that Philadelphia-born Lil Uzi Vert earned his first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 with Luv Is Rage 2. Released Aug. 25, the rapper's debut studio album notched 135,000 equivalent album sales, with the majority of units (100,000) based on streaming.
