"When you've been playing as long as I have, you tend to amass a huge amount of gear, and it's not doing me or anyone else any good if it's just sitting around," Gallagher told Reverb. "These pieces have a lot history, but they're still very playable — I'd love to get them into the hands of someone who will put them to good use."

So what's up for auction? Nearly 50 pieces of gear will go up for bid on Reverb, including a 1960s Epiphone Professional guitar, a vintage Laney amp and an Orange OR120 Overdrive amp from his time on the road with Oasis.

The Official Noel Gallagher Reverb Shop opens on Oct. 2, and sale can be previewed now on Reverb. Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds' upcoming album, Who Built The Moon?, will be released on Nov. 24, followed by a North American tour in February and March 2018.
