Carlos Santana is the only artist in history to win a GRAMMY and Latin GRAMMY for Record Of The Year. Santana won the Record Of The Year GRAMMY for 1999 for "Smooth" featuring Rob Thomas. He won the Latin GRAMMY for Record Of The Year for 2000 for "Corazón Espinado" featuring Maná.
