Despite only having one project streaming — 2017's Kickstarter-funded 11:11 — Tanerélle's one-of-a-kind sound has helped her amass over 45 million streams on Spotify and bolstered her name across several media projects, ranging from Issa Rae's “Insecure” to Spike Lee's “She's Gotta Have It” and NBA 2k22. According to a Twitter update, Tanerélle’s new EP is set to release on her birthday, April 9.
