As the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic continues to rock the music industry, GRAMMY.com reached out to a few musicians to see how they were spending their days indoors. Today, Haitian-American singer/songwriter and producer JOSH X shares his Quarantine Diary. His new single "I Miss You" is out now.
[7 a.m.] When you're trying to get some rest before your long day but your girl keeps wanting to play photoshoot lol. She’s been documenting everything during this whole quarantine experience.
[7:30 a.m.] A lil booster pack before my morning 2-mile run. I've been running more because the gym is closed. I’m down over 130 pounds so I’m happy I been keeping up with my diet this whole quarantine experience.
[8:30 a.m.] Meeting up with my best friend HoodCelebrityy for the workout. Who you think won the race? lol.
[10 a.m.] Time to see what I’m wearing for today's show. I’m a sneaker addict.
[12 p.m.] Quarantine lunch (take-in) with the misses before I hit the road to perform at The Breakfast's Club - Angela Yee Day.
[1:44 p.m.] Had to head out to the city for my performance "Don’t forget to wear your masks."
[2:10 p.m.] ANGELA YEE DAY Performance sound check with my DJ.
[3:45 p.m.] Doing press immediately after the performance in support of my newly released single, "I MISS YOU."
[7:48 p.m.] Interviews in full-effect in support of the single and upcoming album, THE X PROJECT.
[7:40 p.m.] Finally back at home and my dog missing me after long day of interviews and performances.
[10 p.m.] Finally settling down with dinner and the baby lol. Quarantine talk at the table going over the long day.
