Snoop Dogg and Ice-T will literally carve their legacies in stone in 2018. The iconic rappers are both set to have their names chiseled into the pavement with a Hollywood Walk of Fame star.

Snoop has received 16 GRAMMY nominations in his career, from "Nuthin' But A 'G' Thang" with Dr. Dre and his hip-hop classic "Gin And Juice" to his reggae-laced 2013 album, Reincarnated.

Ice-T, the Original Gangster, won a GRAMMY for his participation on Quincy Jones' 1989 album, Back On The Block, and is likewise renowned for his groundbreaking rap solo career, his metal band Body Count, and his acting on such shows as "Law And Order."

The other musicians rounding out the Walk of Fame class of 2018 are GRAMMY winners Mary J. Blige, Petula Clark, Harry Connick Jr., Carrie Underwood, and "Weird Al" Yankovic. GRAMMY winners Jack Black and Lin-Manuel Miranda are among those representing the motion picture and live theater segments, respectively.

The dates for 2018 star ceremonies have yet to be announced, but all ceremonies are free to attend, and also will be streamed live via www.walkoffame.com. In the meantime, find out if your favorite star has cemented their legacy with a check of the Hollywood Walk's star search.
