Visibly in awe, she noted that winning GRAMMYs felt like an "impossible dream." Fifteen years later, Swift's GRAMMY track record has proven to be anything but — she's earned 14 GRAMMYs (as of press time), including a record-breaking four for Album Of The Year, the most of any artist in history.
