Spoon is a unique and special band from Austin. Texas Chapter caught up with them at Austin City Limits 2014 — drummer Jim Eno, frontman Britt Daniel, and bass/keyboards Rob Pope. "We do hope people like it," said Daniel about the band's record albums, "but you've got to just make it first." His concern prior to release is whether the album "stands up to our standards." While remaining primarily an underground band, Spoon's tracks have appeared on major television and movie soundtracks.
