The GRAMMY Foundation hosted the 17th Annual Entertainment Law Initiative Luncheon & Scholarship Presentation on Feb. 6 in Los Angeles. The event featured a keynote address by Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) and remarks by Russell J. Frackman, a partner in the law firm of Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP, who received the 2015 Service Award in recognition of his commitment to advancing and supporting the music community through service.
