On Jamrock Reggae Cruise 2015, Julian Marley discussed the principles of his life and music with the Los Angeles Chapter, representing the Rastafari side of reggae with personal depth. Having been raised primarily in England but with childhood trips to Jamaica, his bonds with his talented half-brothers grew and his connectedness with the family blended into world tours and performance events. Julian's Best Reggae Album nomination for Awake at the 52nd GRAMMY Awards (2009) had Stephen Marley's impeccable producer skills, Damian Marley also providing technical support, as well as both brothers truly performing as reggae musical artists. "For me, it's just more growing," said Julian Marley. "We're learning more, new songs, new ideas, and it all still stems back to love, at the end of the day."
