Chicago Chapter spoke with MØ at Lollapalooza in late July 2016. Her hit "Final Song" had been released that May, followed by her "Cold Water" collaboration with Major Lazer and Justin Bieber. Although she has met Bieber, her vocals were contributed while on vacation in Iceland. In Aug. 2016, "Cold Water" reached No. 2 on Billboard's Hot 100. Working with Major Lazer really was a dream come true as a fan put them in touch, in 2013, after she said she'd love to work with them on Twitter.
