Whether you know it or not, Miami has a huge hip-hop scene. One such artist representing that community is native rapper Pouya. While "On Location" in Miami to capture the first episode of the new music and travel series, Recording Academy host Charlie Travers made a trip to Tropical Park to spend some time on the lake with the 23-year old rapper (and meet his 11-year-old dog Princess). While taking a break on the dock, we learn more about Miami's hip-hop scene and why Miami's music scene is perfect the way it is.
"There's nothing missing really," Pouya says. "I think the world is missing out on us. We support each other as a city. I ride or die for my city. This is my city."
