At Austin City Limits 2014, Rebelution spoke with Texas Chapter about what their name means to them, non-violence, and their most recent album at the time, Count Me In. The band formed back when they were all studying music at University of California, Santa Barbara and all loved reggae. Singer/guitarist Eric Rachmany explained how for the band, reggae incorporates a powerful message of non-violence. Their subsequent album, 2016's Falling Into Place, was nominated for Best Reggae Album at the 59th GRAMMY Awards (2016).
