At the 48th GRAMMY Awards held in 2006, producer Steve Lillywhite won 3 GRAMMYs. sharing Album Of The Year and Best Rock Album wins with U2 for How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb and winning Producer Of The Year, Non-Classical. Speaking with the Chicago Chapter in 2014, he said, "I think great commerce only comes from great art. I don't think it goes the other way around." Part of his discipline in taking a fresh approach to making a final product is to produce the feelings he experienced growing up as new Beatles albums arrived. People thought, "That's still them but what a different sound!" Asking "How do we reinvent what goes on next?" can be a limitation, but Lillywhite believes it is the kind of limitation that produces better art because it makes "you be bolder and try harder."
