We know vinyl has made a comeback, so who better to give us a some insight into the trend than a record store owner? Accordingly, our "On Location: Miami" host, Charlie Travers, caught up with Sweat Records owner/co-founder Lauren "Lolo" Reskin to talk LPs. Reskin let us in on some of the color vinyl trends, her philosophy for collecting records and why releasing music on vinyl legitimizes artists.
"We try to educate bands as much as we can about that and absolutely support local people making vinyl because we think it's important if you're taking yourself seriously as an artist," shares Reskin. "I think it's one of the most legitimizing things you can do because any legitimate artist right now has vinyl."
