Think you have what it takes to be a remixer? GRAMMY-nominated producer Avicii is giving you a chance to prove you've got the chops.

In a new contest that opened Aug. 28, Avicii's label Geffen Records teamed with digital record pool DJcity to track down an official remix of Avicii's new single "Without You," featuring vocalist Sandro Cavazza. The winner of the contest will have their remix officially released, be featured on DJcity's blog and social media platforms, and win a cool $5,000.

Entries will be accepted through Sept. 8. Each participant may only enter one remix, and international contestants are welcome to apply. Entries cannot contain any unlawfully sampled material that infringes on the rights of other creators. The stems for "Without You" are available for download via DJcity, which is also where you can upload your final remix for consideration.

The top 10 remix finalists, judged on "creativity and quality," will be announced on Sept. 13 and the winner will be revealed on Sept. 20.
