A Sublime tribute concert benefiting MusiCares is set for Oct. 24 at the Music Box @ The Fonda in Hollywood. All proceeds from the concert will benefit the MusiCares' MAP Fund and the MusiCares Hurricane Relief Fund. KROQ's Jed the Fish will co-host the show, which will feature performances by AWOL One & Abstract Rude, Tim Armstrong of Rancid, Bargain Music, Blackalicious, Fishbone, Tony Kanal of No Doubt, Ozomatli, and the Ziggens, among others. An all-star jam featuring members of Sublime and musical guests will close the evening.

"It is inspiring and gratifying to witness the generosity of spirit, support and resources that the music community has poured out in response to the Katrina tragedy," Recording Academy and MusiCares President Neil Portnow said. "We are immensely proud to be the music industry's 'charity of choice' during this profound time and will continue to work very hard to keep that support."

"The undeniable healing power of music underscores the urgency for MusiCares to help the music community of the Gulf Coast," MusiCares Chairman Les Bider said. "It is critical for us to ensure that they are able to regain not only their livelihoods, but their lifelines. It is heartwarming to see musicians supporting fellow musicians in need."

The show is inspired by Look At All The Love We Found: A Tribute To Sublime, a multi-artist tribute album that donated 75 cents per record sold to charity. Both the benefit show and the CD release are a humanitarian effort between longtime members of the immediate Sublime family: Cornerstone R.A.S., Martian Church and Silverback Management.

Tickets are available through Ticketmaster for a flat price of $35 each. For more information about the MusiCares Hurricane Relief Fund, click here.
